Amazon building sold to New York-based group for $110 million

Developer Seefried Properties of Atlanta has sold the new Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) fulfillment center in Kernersville before distribution operations officially begin. According to a deed filed Wednesday with Guilford County, Seefried sold the 1 million-square-foot distribution center on 94 acres at 1656 Old Greensboro Road to Greensboro WH, a New York City-based LLC. The buyer's address is listed as 375 Park Ave. (the 38-story Seagram Building), Suite 2503, the same address as Bosch D. Realty LLC and Hans Holterbosch LLC, a beer and ale importer.
