Central Florida home prices to climb, inventory shortages to improve in 2022, experts say
Experts predict the new year will bring a housing market that’s robust but more restrained than what we experienced in 2021. Home production will increase, price escalations will slow and bidding wars will cool next year, per economist forecasts. In metro Orlando, the median price shot up 20% to $330,000 between January and November, while total number of home sales for the year were on pace to be 20% higher than in 2020.
