JLL opens its 2nd US coworking space at former Seattle WeWork site
The country’s second Orchard Workspace by JLL opened Tuesday in Seattle’s Westlake Tower. The opening comes as a handful of coworking companies expand in the city in anticipation of soaring demand. The number of coworking spaces worldwide is expected to more than double by 2024, and surpass 40,000, according to Allwork.Space, which explores the future of work.
