Amazon's promise of extensive HQ2-tied community benefits not enough for some Arlington neighbors

Amazon.com Inc. easily won approval this weekend to start work on its first new HQ2 construction in Arlington, yet many of the company’s new neighbors remain exasperated over the benefits the community will receive in exchange for the new development. Amazon (NASDAQ: AMZN) grabbed headlines when the county first released the community benefits package attached to the Metropolitan Park project in Pentagon City, which includes a pair of 22-story office towers totaling 2.1 million square feet.
