All right, I want to pivot now and talk a little Apple. Because what a way to ring in the new year Jared Blikre. Just moments ago Apple hitting a $3 trillion market cap. What can you tell us?

JARED BLIKRE: That’s right. Celebrating your return. By the way, happy new year. It’s been a few weeks since I’ve seen you. But let’s go to the Wi-Fi interactive and just plot the price action for the day, because we did see it briefly, if ever so briefly, hit 182.86. That was the magic number to bring its market cap to $3 trillion. It has since backed off that a little bit. But you can see I have our market cap view on the Wi-Fi interactive heat map. And that number, I tweeted it, so it really did happen. That was showing 3.000T just a few minutes ago.

And worth noting here, a lot of these movers here, a lot of these mega caps have been incredible gainers over the past year. Amazon kind of an exception. But Apple is up 38% basically since the start of 2021. Microsoft looking at gains of 50%. Google Alphabet, 66%. Tesla, 67%. Nvidia, 129%. So you talk about market concentration, there you go. That is market concentration right there. But congratulations to Apple and us for being able to say that they finally hit that $3 trillion mark. Thought it might had happen some time last week.

Now, but they wanted to wait and you know, and headline the new year. I think that’s what happened here.

JARED BLIKRE: Exactly.

Tim Cook and company, Apple becoming the first US company to have a $3 trillion market cap. Jared Blikre, thanks so much for that.
