The much-anticipated CEO succession at Berkshire Hathaway is set to take place at year-end, but it doesn’t look like much will change, at least initially. Warren Buffett, 95, will step aside after 60 years at the helm in favor of Greg Abel, 63. The veteran Berkshire executive now heads the company’s vast non-insurance businesses.
