PepsiCo sells 30 acres in Denver for $158M

Global beverage maker PepsiCo has sold property totaling nearly 30 acres in Denver’s River North Art District for $158 million. Pennsylvania-based Stoltz Real Estate Partners closed on the parcels on Friday, according to public records. The properties, which are home to a PepsiCo Inc. (Nasdaq: PEP) bottling facility, include 13.6 acres at 3801 N. Brighton Blvd., 13.08 acres at 4101 N. Brighton Blvd., 2.04 acres at 4301 N. Brighton Blvd. and 1.08 acres at 4065 N. Brighton Blvd. Calls to a Stoltz representative were not returned in time for publication and city records show that there are no current plans under review to redevelop the property.
