Moody's Investors Service, ("Moody's") today upgraded the rating of Cloud Pass-Through Trust 2019-1 ("Cloud") senior secured pass-through notes to A2 from A3. "Ratings of Cloud's pass-through notes are based on the support from Amazon.com, Inc. ("Amazon") in the form of a guaranty of the lease payments that serve as collateral and the repayment source for these notes," stated Moody's Vice President Charlie O'Shea.
