Coachella, Stagecoach music festivals postponed because of coronavirus

Goldenvoice, the organizer of massive music festivals Coachella and Stagecoach, late Tuesday said both will be postponed to October because of coronavirus fears. Coachella will now take place Oct. 9-11 and 16-18 in Indio, Calif. Stagecoach, also in Indio, will take place Oct. 23-25. Both were originally to take place in April. All purchases for the April dates will be honored for the rescheduled October shows. Purchasers will be notified by March 13 on how to obtain a refund if they are unable to attend. Last week another mega-music event, South By Southwest, was canceled for the same reason.
