(NASDAQ: CHCI) has acquired the Hartford building in Clarendon, extending its local footprint beyond its major outside-the-Capital Beltway developments in Reston and Ashburn. Comstock 3101 Wilson LLC bought the nine-story building at 3101 Wilson Blvd. from an affiliate of Chicago's Heitman Capital Management for $128.75 million, according to land records recorded Thursday with the Arlington County Recorder of Deeds.
