DoorDash Jumps After Earnings Beat
DoorDash shares rose about 7 % in premarket trading Friday after posting better-than-expected earnings the day before. Uber (UBER) reported record revenue, but was dragged down by the cost of equity investments in other companies. DoorDash (DASH) “continues raising guidance when many think they can’t, it continues investing in growth areas beyond restaurants,” and “advertising is starting to ramp up,” RBC Capital Markets analysts let by Brad Erickson said in a note Friday.
