General Counsel Of Datadog Makes $1.10 Million Sale
Laszlo Kopits, General Counsel at Datadog (NASDAQ:DDOG), made a large insider sell on September 7, according to a new SEC filing. What Happened: A Form 4 filing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday showed that Kopits sold 8,000 shares of Datadog at a price of $137.52 per share.
