Market Digest: ISRG, NFLX
The stock market had its worst week since the pandemic began, and the Nasdaq Composite fell firmly into correction territory (down more than 10% from peak). On Friday, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 450 points, or 2.02%. The S&P 500 was off 1.89%, and the Nasdaq Composite was down 2.72%. For the week, the DJIA was down 1,646 points, or 4.58%, the S&P 500 was down 5.68%, and the Nasdaq Composite was down 7.55%. Year-to-date, the Dow is down 5.70%; the S&P 500 is off 7.73%; and the Nasdaq Composite is deeply lagging, down 11.99%.
