ON Semiconductor Corp. ON, -1.94% has secured a long-term agreement with BMW AG BMW, -0.02% to support the German car-maker’s electric vehicles.
The semiconductor manufacturing company’s EliteSic devices will be part of BMW’s 400-volt battery electric buses, the company said Monday.
