Prosus N.V. said Monday that it has increased the cash offer for the entire issued and to-be issued capital of Just Eat PLC to 740 pence a share.
The Amsterdam-listed company PRX, +0.57% said the increased offer values the U.K. food delivery company JE, +0.39% at around 5.1 billion pounds ($6.70 billion). Prosus previously offered 670 pence a share.
