eBay, Target plan sales to compete with Prime Day

Amazon announced yesterday its “Prime Day” deals would extend for a full 48 hours July 15 and 16, but eBay and Target aren’t just going to sit back and watch the dollars pile up: they’re countering with promotions of their own.
