(Bloomberg) -- In Chicago, for 15 cents you can choose between three pieces of Bazooka bubble gum or a gallon of gasoline.Regular gasoline in Chicago’s wholesale market lost more than half its value Monday, falling to just 15.18 cents a gallon.
