Google Countersues Match for Breach of Contract Over App Store Payments

Alphabet Inc ’s Google has countersued Match Group Inc , alleging the dating-app company broke its contract to participate in its app store. The search giant is seeking to ban Match, which operates Tinder, Match and OkCupid, from its app store, called Google Play, according to the suit filed Monday in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
