The Arlington nonprofit that received $3 million from Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ: AMZN) to help ease the county's affordable housing woes has released a plan on how it will spend the money. The Arlington Community Foundation, which was gifted the money in June, said Thursday the funds will largely be used to create affordable apartments for Arlington households with yearly incomes of $36,000 or less.
