Atlanta developer Tenth Street Ventures is proposing a 6-story residential project in Midtown at 13th Street and Crescent Ave. The nearly $50 million development could feature up to 54 units built on top of an existing parking lot behind several Crescent Avenue restaurants and bars including South City Kitchen, Veranda, KooKoo Room and EMBR.
