In recent weeks, Impossible Foods announced that its product would be available at an additional 777 locations across California, Nevada and the Chicago area. Impossible Foods is also making its new cookbook, Impossible: The Cookbook, available for pre-sale today. The book will be available on Amazon.com Inc. The book will be available June 16, according to the Amazon site.
