That’s Dick Morris, former adviser to President Bill Clinton, talking on John Catsimatidis’s show about why he sees only one thing standing in the way of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s entering the 2020 race.

“My feeling is that she wants to,” Morris said. “But she’s hesitant because she realizes the timing is bad. She’s got to wait until Biden drops out because he’s obviously next in line for it, and if he goes away, there’s an opening for her.”

Hillary Clinton recently brought up the notion in an interview:

Morris, who resigned as Bill Clinton’s adviser in 1996 after a tabloid reported that he had a relationship with a call girl and later supported Republican candidates and conservatives overseas, explained that Hillary Clinton would take former Vice President Joe Biden’s spot as the moderate candidate for those looking for an alternative to “leftist” Elizabeth Warren. “Make no mistake. She wants it,” he added. “She’s planning on it. She’ll do everything she can to achieve it.”

Clearly, oddsmakers don’t think a Clinton a run at the White House is all that farfetched. Here’s the latest from Bovada, which shows Clinton, at 13-to1, trailing Pete Buttigieg but ahead of Andrew Yang. Warren is the clear favorite, even as national polls put Biden in the lead.
