Sen. Elizabeth Warren on Friday called for the impeachment of President Donald Trump, becoming the first Democratic presidential candidate to do so.

In a series of tweets, Warren said the Mueller report lays out facts showing that a hostile foreign government attacked during the 2016 election to help Trump, and then Trump obstructed the investigation into that attack.

Warren and Trump have clashed many times, with the president repeatedly calling her “Pocohantas” due to her previous claim of Native American heritage.

Warren is trailing in the Democratic presidential nomination polls by double digits to former Vice President Joe Biden and Sen. Bernie Sanders, and also is behind former Rep. Beto O’Rourke, South Bend, Ind. mayor Pete Buttigieg, and Sen. Kamala Harris, according to the RealClearPolitics average of polls.
