One of Netflix Inc.'s highest-ranking and longest-serving executives is leaving. Netflix said late Tuesday that vice president of original content Cindy Holland will step down, and be replaced by Bela Bajaria, who is being promoted to vice president of global TV. Holland has been with Netflix for 18 years and was a key player in the company's shift from DVDs by mail to creating original streaming content.
