A Lithuanian man was sentenced to five years in prison Thursday in a federal court in Manhattan for his role in trying to fleece Facebook Inc. and Google out of $120 million. Evaldas Rimasauskas was also ordered to serve two years of supervised release after his prison term, as well as ordered to forfeit $49.7 million and to pay restitution in the amount of $26.5 million.
