McDonald’s Appoints New Board Members
McDonald’s Corp (NYSE: MCD) announced the retirement of Sheila A. Penrose from its Board of Directors, effective September 30, 2022. The company also announced the election of Tony Capuano, CEO of Marriott International (NASDAQ: MAR); Jennifer Taubert, EVP and Worldwide Chairman, Pharmaceuticals at Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ); and Amy Weaver, CFO, Salesforce, Inc.
