Reliance Industries among other big-name Indian businesses will be getting artificial intelligence (AI) processors from Nvidia Corp. (NASDAQ:NVDA). During the event in Mumbai, Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang disclosed the partnership and spoke on provision of Blackwell processors for a one-gigawatt data center Reliance is developing in Gujarat. For other data centers, Nvidia will also be supplying Hopper AI chips to Tata Communications and Yotta Data Services.

Emphasizing India’s potential in the AI space, Huang said, “In the future, India is likely to be the country that will export AI. You have a great number of users and the basic elements: artificial intelligence, data, and infrastructure. Further expanding their influence in India are Nvidia’s alliances with Tech Mahindra, which uses their Hindi-language AI model to build Indus 2.0, a new AI platform.

Other businesses using Nvidia technology to train and implement artificial intelligence solutions include Wipro (NYSE:WIT) and Infosys (NYSE:INFY). These alliances fit with Nvidia’s larger plan to deepen relations to India since the country is positioned as a worldwide center for AI growth.
