A report on graphics processing units (GPUs) by Jon Peddie Research has stated that Nvidia (NASDAQ:NVDA) has grabbed discrete GPU market share from Advanced Micro Devices (NASDAQ:AMD). The report was posted on Aug. 26, and shows that for the second quarter of 2021, AMD has about 17% of the PC discrete GPU market share, and Nvidia has 83%.
