Patti Payne: Change is on the menu for the Barking Frog

Some tasty changes are in store for the Willows Lodge in Woodinville, located right across the street from Chateau Ste. The hotel’s 22-year-old destination restaurant, Barking Frog, has a new executive chef — Dylan Herrick, who was most recently the restaurant’s executive sous chef. Well known Executive Chef Bobby Moore, who has been with the Barking Frog for 20 plus years, will stay on for a few more weeks, when he leaves to start his own restaurant project on the Eastside, which he is currently keeping under tight wraps except to say it launches in the fall.
