Shares of Roku Inc. surged 2.6% in premarket trading Tuesday, after the streaming video player said Apple Inc.'s Apple TV app is available on its platform, starting Tuesday. Apple shares edged up 0.3% ahead of the open. Through the Apple TV app, Roku users will have access to their iTunes video library. Starting Nov. 1, Apple's streaming video service Apple TV+ will be available for Roku users.
