SEANA SMITH: Stocks under pressure as we wrap up what has been a very volatile week for the markets. Ines Ferre, a closer look at some of these movers into the close. Ines.

INES FERRE: And Seana, it looks like we are going to end of the lows of the session. Take a look at our YFi Interactive board. We’re looking right now at the Dow that’s down about 90 points. It had been down 500 points earlier this morning. Looking at the NASDAQ, down more than 1% and the S&P 500 down about a half of a percent. But if I pull up a five-day chart, you can see the damage over the last five days. Not that much for the S&P– down about 1/10 of a percent. Wednesday really helped out that relief rally. Over on the Dow as well, is set to end the session or the week down about 1/10 of a percent.

Taking a look at where we’re at with bonds, we have seen the 10-year Treasury going higher. So we’re looking at the 10-year at 3.12, up six basis points. The 30-year up about six basis points as well. Looking at the sector action, we are seeing energy today that’s been outperforming. And communication services, materials underperforming.

If I pull up a five-day chart, you can see that the big outperformer for the week has been energy, followed by utilities and financials. Real estate and consumer discretionary getting hit this week. Over on the NASDAQ 100, we’re watching Amazon down more than 1%, Meta down more than 2%. In fact, for the week, you can see where some of these stocks will end up for the week, Amazon down 7%.
