BRAD SMITH: –will keep Netflix subscribers sticking around longer. The streaming giant reports earnings after the close on Tuesday. Another big earnings report to watch is Tesla. The company is set to release its financial results after the close on Wednesday, and we’ll see whether Elon Musk’s aggressive price cuts are hitting Tesla’s profit margins.

After recent volatility in the banking sector, many of the big banks kick off earnings season as well. Stay updated with Yahoo Finance, as Goldman Sachs and Bank of America share their quarterly results. We’ll get the latest housing numbers on Tuesday, with housing starts and building permits. The market for new homebuilding is expected to soften again.
