The CEO of both Twitter (NYSE: TWTR) and Square (NYSE: SQ) is heading into a potential proxy fight with Twitter activist shareholder Elliott Management, which bought up roughly 4% of Twitter and wants Dorsey to commit his full attention to Twitter or leave altogether, the New York Times reports.
