SEANA SMITH: It’s closing time here at Yahoo Finance. Let’s get you caught up with some of the biggest headlines of the day. First up, New York Federal Reserve President and CEO John Williams sat down with Yahoo Finance for an exclusive interview. He, like many other Fed officials, say that he is focused on bringing down inflation.

JOHN WILLIAMS: So we’re seeing signs of inflation slowing, but inflation is still very high. And I would just mention that, you know, some of this core services inflation, excluding housing– and that hasn’t budged yet, so still got our work cut out for us to get inflation back to 2%.

SEANA SMITH: Yahoo Finance, of course, will be bringing the March CPI report live tomorrow morning at 8:30 AM Eastern. Bitcoin crossing $30,000 for the first time this year. Upheaval in the crypto industry slamming Bitcoin prices at the end of 2022, but Bitcoin has certainly been on the rise again, as investors seek safety following the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank and Signature Bank.

Overall, Bitcoin is still about 23% lower than it was a year ago. And finally, YouTube unveiling how much it will cost to watch NFL Sunday Ticket. YouTube TV’s early pricing for the NFL’s Sunday Ticket package with RedZone starts at $289 for the season, while non-YouTube TV subscribers can still get early access on YouTube’s primetime channels for $389. Those prices do bump up about $100 more after the early access period ends on June 6.
