Juniper Networks Inc. said Monday it has appointed Raj Yavatkar as chief technology officer with a start date of later this month. Yavatkar was in charge of developing network virtualization infrastructure and products for could networking at Google , Juniper said in a statement. The executive has also done stints at VMWare Inc. and Intel Corp. . Yavatkar will replace Bikash Koley, who resigned in November, according to a regulatory filing.
