In the latest trading session, Netflix (NFLX) closed at $354.12, marking a +1.73% move from the previous day. The stock outpaced the S&P 500’s daily gain of 0.85%. Meanwhile, the Dow gained 0.77%, and the Nasdaq, a tech-heavy index, added 1.08%.

Prior to today’s trading, shares of the internet video service had lost 7.75% over the past month. This has lagged the Consumer Discretionary sector’s loss of 2.76% and the S&P 500’s loss of 2.06% in that time.
